About the event
Join us for a hands-on trail maintenance day at Kinney Azalea Gardens. Volunteers will help remove fallen branches and deadwood, prune vegetation encroaching on pathways, and manage vigorous vining plants such as greenbrier, Virginia creeper, honeysuckle, and bindweed.
This work improves trail access, protects surrounding plants, and helps keep the gardens safe and enjoyable for visitors. No previous experience is necessary—guidance will be provided.
Volunteers should wear long pants, a long-sleeved shirt, sturdy closed-toe shoes, and work gloves. If you have hand pruners, please bring them. We appreciate your help with this important stewardship project! NOTE: To register for this event, you must first create a member account
