For most of the year, access to the garden is available through a pay-what-you-can donation. Several donation boxes are located throughout the garden where visitors may contribute electronically, by cash, or by check. On non-ticketed days, members always receive free access.

During peak bloom periods and special events, admission to the garden is ticketed.
