Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a full refund of any deposits. Requests may be submitted through the client portal. A staff member will contact you within three business days prior to your tour to confirm the final headcount and make pricing adjustments accordingly. The final payment is due 24 hours before your tour.
